Automatic Microsoft (xbox/pc) claiming for Twitch Prime

Hi, my notifications show that Fallout was claimed from Amazon/Twitch Prime on xbox and PC; however, as far as I know the scipt isn't able to do that. When I go to Twitch Prime, I have to copy the code, proceed to MS redeem page, login and paste the code (AFAIK there isn't a direct integration/connection with MS on Twitch Prime).

Is there a way to automate this within the script that I missed? If not, would it work better to send this notifcation as 'code claimed, redeem here'?
