Default calculation option

We should define Default Calculation Options for Standard Calculation 
options, for Design options and for Optimization Options (at the moment we 
have only one calculation option for design and for optimization and these 
should be also our default options in case we add for design and 
optimization the other missing calculation options):

-Default Standard Calculation
-Default Design
-Default Optimization


These default calculation options should be specific for the machine 
type!!!

For example for a Nutsche Filter, Candle Filter, Pressure Leaf Filter and 
Filter Presses:
Default Standard Calculation: 
A, Dp, hc, tr (That is Calculation option 7)

For Belt and Rotary filters Default Standard Calculation:
A, Dp, sf, n (That is calculation option 1)

That means when starting the program and creating a series with a definite 
machine type according to the machine type the default calculation option 
should be selected. 

This default calculation option should be defined by the user in the 
Machine Type settings (settings specific for the machine types).
