Can app instance share plugin and components without app.use() or app.component() again?

now i do it in this way

app.config = instanceApp.config
  app._context = instanceApp._context
  app.__VUE_I18N_SYMBOL__ = instanceApp.__VUE_I18N_SYMBOL__
}

for (const componentName in app._context.components) {
  const component = app._context.components[componentName]
  if (component.install && typeof component.install === 'function') {
    app.use(component)
  }
}

Is there an easy or ideal approach to achieve this? Thank you.
