Problem with v-select (prepend-item) inside there is v-text-field

The problem is when the v-text-field loses focus, the select closes and reopens.

Either add a sample code to show the problem, or use <v-autocomplete> instead of a <v-select>

I did this, but it didn't work.

The text-field does not accept space for example.
