Hey @SteveALee For the Course list and/or Eval Tools list, we will probably add a breadcrumb (or links to related resources). (Brief background: we debated having the full site nav versus the minimal header. There are strong cases for both. We might decide to use the minimal header with a breadcrumb, or a links to related resources in a similar area.)

Also, APG talked of maybe wanting to add a breadcrumb.

I think we want to have an optional breadcrumb area in the minimal-header-design. I think we want it to have less height that it currently does in the main site, per w3c/wai-website#307

Could you add breadcrumb area to the minimal-header-design template as optional? (if while doing so you see how to decrease it in the main site, feel free to submit pull request for that, too ;-)

... actually, how about wait to see if indeed we decide that we want it before you spend time in it. Some discussion in w3c/wai-course-list#202

Not needed for Course List or Eval Tools List or Authoring Tools List. Let's put this on the backburner. (But not delete it in case by some miracle we have extra coding resources to do backburner things like this someday :-)
