Links to atomic rules in composite go to old ACT site

In rule Bypass Blocks of Repeated Content, the four links to atomic rules in the Expectation are all links to https://act-rules.github.io/rules/[ruleId] rather than to https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/act/rules/[ruleID]/proposed/ which also exist.

Same thing happens for other composite rules. I guess this is because the URLs are hardcoded in the source markdown and not processed further.
