Issue with openssl on Windows #5

The approach fails on Windows due to an issue to decrypt the server.key.enc on server side. This seems to be a known issue (travis-ci/travis-ci#4746). I also tried the manual encryption with openssl (https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/encrypting-files/) but could not get it working.
