How to get checkpoints on another location?

Due to GitHub policy, the checkpoint file, which is a large file, cannot be downloaded. (Not even with Github LFS)

Can I download it from another place?

Could you please provide a link that does not require installing any 3rd party software? The link above asks me to install a 325MB exe BaiduNetdisk and does not allow me to download the checkpoint otherwise.
