Ability to update gpu-object labels #67

WebGPU requires the ability to update a label after a resource is created. However, as far as I can tell, wgpu doesn't provide that ability yet.

Might be worth watching this Firefox issue to see how they work around a similar label related problem: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1923784.
