For each the web3.storage and NFT.Storage w3up beta deployed web apps, we want:

  • The terms of service to be available at /terms
  • The web app to include the language below wherever we prompt a user to create a new Account by putting in their email (potentially homepage, login page, etc.)

By registering with {NFT.Storage, web3.storage} w3up beta, you agree to the Terms of Service (link). If you have an existing non-w3up beta account with {NFT.Storage, web3.storage} and register for the w3up beta version of {NFT.Storage / web3.storage} using the same email, then at the end of the beta period, these accounts will be combined. Until the beta period is over and this migration occurs, uploads to w3up will not appear in your NFT.Storage or web3.storage account (and vice versa), even if you register with the same email.

^ FYI @travis, once we have the deployed web apps up point me there and i can probably work with @plwileverts or someone on putting the right copy in the right places
