I think, you should update start.js, allow user config to run multiple account.
Ex: proxies.txt will be:

email1|password1|proxy1
email2|password2|proxy2
...

If user want to run one account and multiple proxy, they can set:

email1|password1|proxy1
email1|password1|proxy2
email1|password1|proxy3
...
