Feature to document

In the Typescript guide https://webpack.js.org/guides/typescript/, there's no mention of how to use webpack.config.ts instead of webpack.config.js. Some devs love to always use TS files as much as possible.

Below are some references that provide a clue on how to set up webpack.config.ts
