Sorry for unrelated question.

I'm proposing to add https://webrtc.googlesource.com/src/ as a mirror on this GitHub org (similar to https://github.com/torvalds/linux/ or https://github.com/ffmpeg/ffmpeg or https://github.com/TeX-Live/texlive-source/)

This would allow for conveniently adding webrtc as submodule to other GitHub repos and then navigating/searching in GitHub interface the linked repo

I don't quite understand what the proposition is, but it seems to belong on bugs.webrtc.org, not here.
I can't figure out a reason to duplicate the samples repo, so I assume that's not what's being proposed.

Probably! I'll repost it on https://bugs.webrtc.org. Thanks for the pointer! Indeed, my proposal is creating a GitHub mirror repo for the main webrtc library. This idea has nothing to do with samples / duplicating samples repo, but this repo appeared alive, so I posted it here :)
