old package webxdc-types needs to be deprecated / yanked from npm

https://www.npmjs.com/package/webxdc-types still exists and can be mistaken for the new name https://www.npmjs.com/package/@webxdc/types package.

This is a problem because webxdc-types is not updated anymore.

So we should upload one last version of webxdc-types with the following changes:

• mention that it is deprecated and users should instead use the new @webxdc/types
• add install script that logs a deprecation warning upon install (informing user of the new location)
• ?maybe? replace code by failing typescript code that tells user to update (like at place of the failing statement is a comment telling the user to update) - so if they update it is broken until they update to the new package
  • maybe npm has some better built-in way for this case to show the new package? look into docs of package.json format, maybe there is something better
