The footnote anchor [AE] is converted to <a id='rAE' /><a href='#fAE' class='c008'><sup>&AElig;</sup></a></p>.

It should be <a id='rAE' /><a href='#fAE' class='c008'><sup>[AE]</sup></a></p>.
