AiWT matches any existing tale with selected dataset

This may be more of a feature than a bug, but thought it was worth discussing. It's also currently such a rarely used feature, it may not matter.

If I've registered a particular dataset with any tale, AiWT will match that tale and not allow me to create another based on my selected dataset.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create new tale "My Test Tale"
• Register and add doi:10.5065/D6862DM8
• Register and add doi:10.7910/DVN/3MJ7IR
• https://girder.test.wholetale.org/api/v1/integration/dataverse?datasetPid=doi%3A10.7910%2FDVN%2F3MJ7IR&siteUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fdataverse.harvard.edu
• Note that you are automatically redirected to "My Test Tale" with no way to create another.

Maybe I should have the option to create another tale if I want to? Or only redirect me to a tale that was created via AiWT (not where I've manually added the dataset)? Or maybe just close this?
