On some occasions, the default zoom mecanism does not allow a proper representation of the track over the map. Or the zoom level is too high and you lose a lot of context (longer flight). Or the zoom is too low and you lack details of the track (shorter flight). It forces the user to manually zoom for every track and make track automated screenshots (as in the Planefence project) less relevant.

An adaptativeZoom (or whatever you call it) parameter would allow to zoom the map on a specific ICAO so it shows the entire track and adapt the zoom level "around" this track, based on min/max LAT and LONG values of the track history.

In this view, the selected aircraft would no longer appear centered, but maximum track history would be fully visible at a glance.

This is usefull for a local receiver, but globe would also benefit greatly from it when navigating from legs to legs (where only the initial position/zoom is used, even when navigating though history). This perhaps would even deserve a "automatic zoom" parameter in the UI to enable/disable easily.

When used at the same time of "auto-select closest", it would allow a better contextualization of a visible aircraft.

Perhaps it should only apply to one ICAO at a time, as this is where it makes the most sense.
