After running LSPInstall and downloading the LSP, it does not run LSPStart.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'm looking to either have the Language Server Protocol (LSP) automatically start after it finishes downloading via LSPInstall, or to have LSPInstall emit a user event once the download is complete.
