Driver Build CI Failing #2109

The driver build CI is failing because the latest SDK and WDK are not present on the GitHub runners.

There is an open request to do this: actions/runner-images#10012
And a pull request here: actions/runner-images#10107

For the time being, I've temporarily disabled the driver build CI here: 4666308
