The download site referenced in README.md (SC4Devotion / LEX) is no longer functional as of 2018-03-31. They require user registration for a download, the form for which is broken (the ReCAPTCHA service gives a message about being shut down.....). Please consider using the Github Releases feature to provide a download. Thanks, look forward to using this tool!
