Download Manager plugin by W3 Eden, Inc.
membership on single files work without problem, but when I create category of files: in this plugin restrictions didn't work:
after restricted to lvl 2 users from 1st level still have access to it:

Yes this is fresh website just testing the members pro capability, level restriction work properly when I change it on single download manager file:
