v1 had better code scanning than now.
for example there was psalm, etc.
ideally coder should be able to do make scan,
and the code is scanned.

When using Drupal-project for development is it Enough to use that setup of code scanning ?

Or do you have any specific Rules in mind that you would like to implement? (that are missing from there)

if so then Should we take this discussion over in drupal-project or code-quality ?
