A separate authlib-injector-enabled loader / 添加一种兼容authlib-injector的配置

Describe the feature

If enabled: get skin from injected url provided by skin sites if authlib-injector is configured; otherwise get skin from mojang.
启用后：在authlib-injector环境下可从注入的皮肤站url皮肤站加载皮肤；未配置authlib-injector时从mojang获取皮肤。

Before submitting a suggestion

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

不知道为什么，我使用启动器配置了皮肤站登录，进入游戏后实际加载的是mojang官网上传的皮肤而不是皮肤站上选择的
