Please make pre-trained models accessible outside china #7

Hi,
Thanks for your great effort behind this project.

It will be a great help if you can upload the pre-trained models into a different location like

Google drive
Dropbox
Github ( using git-lfs )
or anything thing similar so that, people outside baidu network can access the files.
