It really hard to do that since there are web-references to this URL - It was super clumsy to move it here from google code to start off with :-(
I wish there was a transparent way to do it.
One solution could be to start a new (empty) github project and just link to this page.
What do you think?

IIRC Github allows to rename a project and takes care of redirection.

I didn't think about it, but even the git repo URL changes, so everyone needs to change it locally. Probably not worth it. Sorry :-(
