Is there any way to use delimiter statement for mysql?

Mysql supports delimiter statement. I can use it to create procedure.
The offfial mysql docker image does not cache utf8 character so I can not input utf8 character. I'm lazy to cache some fonts.😂

I looked it up, and no this is not something we are likely to support in usql any time soon.
