Remove or replace HTML get logic.

Apparently Pressgang intends to drop support for the HTML endpoints in the REST API, instead expecting applications that require HTML to render it on the client side. This means that the pressgang-get support for the --html argument will break.

We need to either drop this support or provide some logic inside the shell tools to convert XML to HTML.
