  1. Open operations page https:////operations?state=running
  2. On any operation, click to "Running" or "Completed" links

We did reproduce this issue. It's happen only on first job page load: if you open /operations/f9c6f9ef-9761bacb-134403e8-b01cd76d/jobs?state=running you will be redirected to /operations/f9c6f9ef-9761bacb-134403e8-b01cd76d/jobs?state=failed
