CLI available in browser as collapsible top panel
Mostly for get, set, list, remove

Similar is done by Hashicorp Vault UI.

Can it be done with YT UI?

At the moment you can use Path Viewer page for get, list commands. And most of other commands are available from Console tab of 'Development tools' of modern browsers:
