I have an active license, and it works most of time. But sometimes I get error "License is invalid or expired". It disappears after restarting the laptop. It only started happening recently, so might be related to update to v2.3.9.

I have the same problem.
Deactivating and reactivating the license works for me, but it's not nice

I will refine the license check logic to make it more reasonable.
