Want a Android Version #4424
Comments
I know it's probably not what you want but there is a plug-in called mobile view that makes the web app significantly better. You can find it on the awesome trilium repo. |
I've heard of this a couple days ago. It is not quite intuitive for someone with no knowledge regarding Trilium AND javascript. I've been pulling my hair since yesterday (because yes, I have zero knowledge regarding Trilium AND javascript), yet I want to use Trilium so bad. @GlowingBrick here it is if you're interested |
I have on my personal to-do list to look into improving the mobile frontend experience. Combine that with the updated manifest that should let users install Trilium as a PWA, that should help most cases. |
@rauenzi I'd sponsor some coffee money with great pleasure |
@deajan I certainly appreciate that sentiment, but it's definitely not necessary! I'd be benefiting from the change as well 😄 |
also hoping someone make this possible... jus want to add that mobile frond are not for everyone solution and cant replace mobile/desktop app because its dont allow to use it offline which can be very helpfull in places when mobile connection are limited / not available or dont require to public available instance |
+1 - im very happy with trllium. only mobile app is missing. thats the point i am spying to the other projects (obsidian, joplin, ...) obsidian sadly had a massive bigger community and a open source plugin system. they are so HUGE. |
I would love an android version |
Vote for android app! Want to take Trilium note any time any where but waiting a web page to load in many cases forbids an immediate start, let alone to say situations with poor network. |
Issue migrated to TriliumNext as future feature requests will be discussed and implemented there. |
Describe feature
I would like an Android version, for easy use on the pad
I'm now using Termux to run it in Android. Of course, this is not convenient. I think this is a nodejs project, packaging it to Android shouldn't be too difficult? Thanks
