Title. You can move the sphere with the cursor.

This issue will need to be addressed after the pure no-JS CSS version is created. That will be displayed instead if JS is not enabled.

[ ] Ensure it respects prefers-reduced-motion
[ ] Ensure it does not go too fast—it may be disorienting or distracting
