Does not contain .dll's - download from Curseforge

usual spring cleaning and automation
update folder structure
update to modern back-end automation
resolves issue Version 2.2.0.0-prerelease - final countdown... #6

to .NET 4.7.2
to C# 9.0
to Version.tt [v2.0.0.0]
