Gettext not working with Laraevl 5.6 #29

i'm trying to install gettext with Laravel 5.6 and tow issues:

The command "php artisan gettext:create" give the response 👍
Finished
The directory structure is right. No directory creation were needed.

but nothing created in ressources folder, it supposed to create i18n folder tree

Second probleme, whene i load may project, i alwase have the error 👍
ReflectionException (-1)
Class does not exist

can you help me please?
