找了一圈文档没有确定是否拥有此项功能，如果没有的话希望作者大大能够考虑一下，谢谢了。
例如以下配置如果检测到某个节点故障，可以暂时移出负载均衡列表，恢复之后会自动添加进负载均衡列表。

remote = "1.1.1.1:8888"
extra_remotes = ["2.2.2.2:8888", "3.3.3.3:8888"]
