Syntax highlight not working everywhere for me

It is a weird thing, so the highlighting actually works on my work laptop, but it doesn't work on my main laptop. It still gives color to comments and imports and all that, but somehow the actually code is just plain white. What might be the root of this issue?

Hi, I am not exactly sure what is causing the highlighting issue on your main laptop.
Can you confirm that the file type is set to RISC-V Assembly?

@MilarvozM the issue may be relate to the color theme, i had the save problem , default dark theme not work properly, so try change your color theme.
