Hotkeys are Incorrect. #4

Hotkeys are documented as holding ` and pressing 1/2/3; however, Unity is only requiring the numbers to be pressed.

Resolved. Development features now use Shift+F1 (Refresh), Shift+F2 (Toggle Live Edit), and Shift+F3 (Debug mode).
