Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a VS Code user, I generally have a workspace already open any time I am running VS Code. To set up a new workspace that only contains something from Zowe Explorer (a PDS or USS directory), I need to open a new VS Code window, then re-navigate to the PDS or USS directory in Zowe Explorer.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be convenient to be able to right-click on a PDS or USS dir, then select something like 'Open in new workspace' to be able to quickly create a new VS Code workspace that only contains the selected PDS or USS directory.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative is to open a new VS Code window or close my current workspace, in either case, I need to re-enter a DS or USS filter and find the PDS or directory that I want to add to my new workspace.
