Phone Number Formatting

For the phones, the string should be delivered "as is". But for the eye it would be better to format them:

Example: 0319998877 shall be displayed as 031 999 88 77

Formatted inputs shall be stripped: 031-999 77 55 becomes 0319997755 in the database.

The challenge here is that highlight(text, query) won't find the matches if there can be spaces in the formatted text. 🤔
