Upgrade certbot-dns-infomaniak plugin from 0.2.2 to 0.2.3

Docker Image for build 1 is available on
DockerHub
as nginxproxymanager/nginx-proxy-manager-dev:pr-4495

Note: ensure you backup your NPM instance before testing this image! Especially if there are database changes
Note: this is a different docker image namespace than the official image

@jc21 Sorry I forgot about this one. I originally opened it because I had some issues running NginxProxyManager with the infomaniak plugin. At first, the stack trace seemed to point out that the plugin caused these issues, hence this fork and PR.
Once I tried to pull the resulting Docker image, I finally manage to resolve the issues (which were due to my misunderstanding of some settings IIRC) and never went back to this PR. Closing it since unnecessary changes!
