Showing users, that you can use the new tools from the python level as well, allowing to chose the level of complexity / control / time they want to have or spend.

it could make sense to extract the alchemical factory and merge it into https://docs.openfree.energy/en/latest/tutorials/rbfe_python_tutorial.html content, right?
