Adds rudimentary Dockerfile and docker-compose file (with a few small tweaks to get that to work).
This also provides a possible fix for #38

I'm sure others can do a higher quality change, and I'll try to continue work as time allows :)

Also, this needs docs. Basically, you

cd StableStudio
# copy the .env.example to .env and add your values
docker-compose up


          docker with env
