Screen readers now announce details of all the todo list items when a user creates, deletes or sets an item as complete.

For example:

Walk the dog added. 4 items are currently in your todo list. 1 completed items, 3 incomplete.

Example 2:

Mow the lawn marked as complete. 6 items are currently in your todo list. 2 completed items, 4 incomplete
