This PR includes the following updates:
server.py script has been updated (new comments have been added to clarify the code, code changes have been applied to make it work when running on the testnet network)
README instructions have been updated and added.
bitcoin config file has been updated to work on testnet
bitcoin core version upgraded to version 26.1
