install & Run with Python

Create a virtual environment at anaconda. bash setup_env.sh
Install the dependencies (PyQt5, vtk, and sip) pip install PyQt5 vtk
Start the program bash run.sh or python ./visualizer/brain_tumor_3d.py -i "data.nii.gz" -m "data_mask.nii.gz"
