I also saw that many changes are moving the same affiliations data from one file to another resulting in a huge PR modifying 23 files. Please update that, so I can review again

So please edit only Developers affiliations files - adding new entries or updating existing ones. You can add all new entries in the last file - not bother with sorting, etc. - the import tool will do that after merge.

There are conflicts and sections of files moved to another files, please update in a way I've asked, eventually open a fresh new PR. Thanks.

This also attempts to update github_users.json which is LFS - closing this - please fix/update and reopen or create a new PR.
