This PR

  • performs maintenance by reorganizing content, removing obsolete notes, and partially addressing Capitalizing RFC 2119 words like SHOULD #397 by marking in bold applicable RFC 2119 keywords in indexing functions.
  • adds consistent axis language and behavior (see sorting and utility functions).
