If you have pages with the same identifier in different stores, you get inconsistent loading of links.

Example
Store A
CMS PAGE - A
CMS PAGE - B
Store B
CMS PAGE - A
CMS PAGE - C

If you configure nav links for Store B, for pages A & C, there is a chance that the collection loads Page A from Store A (and not store B), and then doesn't render the link in the nav.
