Reverts #46486

Smashing reverts into the modern age!

This restores @TaraOverfield original PR with her changes. We had a chat and discussed the source of these changes and we'll be iterating here coming up with a solution for both of our customers.

Some of the SKUs for these that were marked are in support still, but public (for the lack of a better term?) consumer SKUs are out off support. How do we handle this?

  • We can add a note at the top of the article (or in each section?) that states something along the lines that "SKUs under LTSC/LTSB/ESU contracts may still be in support, contact your rep."
  • We could use a different icon instead of ❌for these, but that might be a maintenance nightmare as the support story can fluctuate quite a bit for these versions.
