This also happens to be some of the routines I need most often. As far as I know, no one is currently maintaining this repo. Being a brand new member of the fortran-lang org, I'll be happy for this PR to be first one I merge :] |

This PR just adds interface blocks for
dsintianddsint, which happen to be the FFTPACK routines I need most often. I have not written any new specs or tests for these, just interfaces.
